That the location was terrible.

The location was mind-blowing, close to all Verona sites and Lake Garda. The hosts were super helpful, assisting with train changes and arranging a tour. The spacious room had a charming touch, a comfortable bed, and a reliable hot shower. The kitchen was well-equipped for breakfast.

Had DELIGHTFUL stay in September and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. The bathroom there was clean. It was great to the grocery store. Staff was affable and nice all around.

Perfect place for exploring Verona. Helpful management and staff. Unbeatable location just 5 minutes walk from Synagogue.

The apartment was secure, and I loved the beautiful old building it was located in. Had a bidet. I had a perfect stay here in September.

The apartment was secure next to the old medieval city walls, all the tourist spots and piazza Bra, that's what we were expecting. It was perfect and incredible next to a bus stop to the main station.

Great location, close to the arena and piazza erbe. Helpful staff, provided useful information. Aircon was a plus. Plenty of eating options nearby. Able to store luggage on last day.

the apartment is secure short walk to train station to venice, a nice pizzeria situated in an old church, and an old church. the venue has absolutely perfect setting near all major attractions. caffe cucina & bottega is nearby.

I recently stayed at Residenza Palazzo Negri for a few nights during my visit to Verona. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant decor. The location was outstanding, right next to the old Roman Gate. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed and furnished comfortably. The check-in process was smooth, and Simona, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Verona.

The welcome gesture of 2 bottles of water and wine was a nice touch. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was excellent as it was within walking distance to everything, allowing for convenient exploration of the area.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a letdown, with poor cleaning in the kitchen and dirty floors and plates in the bathroom. The lack of kitchenware also made cooking difficult.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment was located in the best area, super clean, and had everything we needed including Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle and cookware, air conditioning. The host was amazing, giving us jaw-dropping amounts of information and always ready to help. The VIP check-in/out was a breeze, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. They even provided cots for our family. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. This was truly one of the best experiences we've ever had!
